Who are the people behind this?

Clifford is the author of Buy That Duplex and the creator of this site and it’s tools. After being involved with REI for a number of years, he compiled his learning-by-mistakes into an actual book on how to avoid them.  The site was built to augment the book with the help and input of advanced investors and business owners.  With their approval this was launched site to share his lessons with others.

In addition to being passionate about REI, Clifford enjoys writing, cooking, traveling, and skiing.
