BuyThatDuplex Lite is a two step process.

First: Access the Property Info screen and enter the information regarding the property.  Some fields are already filled.  Change only if necessary.  Totals are calculated automatically.

Second:  Access the Expenses screen to update expenses for a property.  Totals are calculated automatically.

Third:  The Cash Flow Analysis screen does just that!  Use the buttons to navigate back to either the Property Info or Expenses section to change a value.
